Dear Subcontractor:
Thank you for your interest in joining the Feasterco Construction, Inc. team. Feasterco takes great pride in developing and maintaining long term relationships with qualified subcontractors and suppliers. We treat our trade partners fairly and respectfully. Our goal is to always provide a safe work place, a well coordinated project and smooth administrative processes.

Please complete the following qualification statement as soon as possible. The following items will also be required once a subcontract is considered for your organization:

  1. IRS Form W-9
  2. Copy of your current occupational license and State license.
  3. Certificates of the following insurances in specified amounts:
    a. General Liability - $1,000,000
    b. Worker’s Compensation – statutory limits = $500,000

It is imperative that you complete the statement indicating your qualifications. There is a high level of interest in obtaining a position as a subcontractor with Feasterco and this helps both your firm and ours find the right fit.
