Quality Control Methods

Communication between our field representatives and the office is instrumental in maintaining sufficient quality controls.

The project superintendent is responsible for preserving day to day quality controls on the jobsite.

  • Daily review of installation techniques and material quality are key to insuring that there is no need to reproduce work which is seemingly complete.  Substandard installation and materials are a death sentence to a project.
  • Our jobsite superintendents are trained in locating inferior materials on the jobsite, and will work hard to correct the problem with the subcontractor.
  • Proactive notification of concerns by Feasterco, to all involved parties, help to bring the project back to our high expectations.
  • Oftentimes, we feel it is important to involve the owner or their representatives of possible inferior choices on the plans and specifications.  Unforeseen circumstances may require revisions to the plans which are decisions which can only be approved by these members of the team.  As always, Feasterco will make every effort to assist the team with value engineered options.

Through the years, our experience has lent itself to providing our customers with the project they envisioned at conception… a quality project!
