| Scheduling
Taking second to no other, scheduling a job is placed at the highest threshold in marking a job successful at Feasterco. A project simply cannot work without identifying specific activities, assigning durations and dependencies, and monitoring the progress of the schedule.

Feasterco, Inc. utilizes SureTrak software for scheduling our projects. Critical Path Method is the method utilized by our project managers to plan, monitor and communicate with all members of the construction team how the job is progressing and how it will proceed into the future. The Critical Path is developed with the following standard steps:
- Activity Identification. All aspects of completing a project are identified and utilized in the preparation of the schedule. Items of interest to our team when preparing the schedule include: start-up time required, procurement of building permits, individual phases of construction, material lead times, approval processes from architects and owners and possible weather delays depending on the time of year for the project. The anticipation by the owner of when their project will be completed is utilized by them to schedule move-in, owner supplied furniture and fixture deliveries and even the take-over of their current facilities.
- After the activities have been identified, the intricate and comprehensive task of assigning duration to the activity is undertaken by the team. Experience and history allow our team to be as accurate as possible when allotting the necessary time to complete an activity. It is important to be fair and complete when assigning task duration so the Critical Path can be met without disruption. As would be the case, without thorough planning and consultation, a minor glitch in the timeframe can domino into a problem of exponential difficulty to pull out of in the future. As all members of the team agree, from the owner to subcontractors, the ability to get on the job and complete early ends up saving everyone costs and reputation.
- After the activities of the project have been identified and entered into SureTrak, the duty of assigning dependencies to the activities is undertaken. After qualifying our subcontractors, and assigning a subcontract for the major construction phases, the subcontractors are assigned their activities. The activities placed under the responsibility of Feasterco as well as the owner, architect and engineers are also defined.
- Once the master schedule is developed, all dependents to the activities are provided with a copy of the schedule for their review. We transmit the schedule to the dependents and require them to respond back with any discrepancies or negotiated times by a set deadline.
- During the construction of the project, the master schedule and critical path are updated on a weekly basis. This updated schedule is provided to all dependents in the weekly job meetings. In the event the critical path has been disrupted by unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or delays in manufacturing or delivery of supplies the team coordinates to try to regain our footing and get back on schedule. Forecasting the future of the schedule takes a trained eye and experience that Feasterco offers.
The use of SureTrak and its reports, enables our firm to maintain the project on its original path of completion and deliver a finalized project on time.
